Change of mind (unopened items)
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations you may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it and return unopened, unused items in their original sealed packaging for a full refund of the goods. Return postage is at your cost unless the item is faulty. For hygiene and safety reasons we cannot accept returns of opened or used e-liquids, pods, coils, or any product where the hygiene seal is broken.
Faulty items
If an item arrives faulty or develops a fault within the warranty period, contact us before returning anything. We will repair, replace or refund in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Hardware is covered against manufacturing defects (excluding coils, pods, batteries and normal wear).
How to return
Email awaiting Clients information with your order number and the issue, or call us on awaiting Clients information. Returns address: The Vape Centre, awaiting Clients information. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the return.
