What we collect
When you place an order or create an account we collect your name, email address, delivery and billing address, phone number and order history. Payment details are processed securely by our payment providers, we never see or store your full card number. We also verify that you are aged 18 or over before you can purchase, using our own age verification system, which we operate in-house.
How we use your data
We use your data to process and deliver orders, provide customer support, verify your age as required by UK law, prevent fraud, and, only where you have opted in, send marketing emails. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
Sharing
We share data only with the services needed to run the store: Shopify (our ecommerce platform), payment providers, delivery couriers, and our email service. Age verification is handled by our own system, so your age check is not shared with a third party. We never sell your personal data.
Retention & your rights
Order records are kept as required for tax and legal purposes. You have the right to access, correct or request deletion of your personal data, and to complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk). To exercise any right, contact us at awaiting Clients information.
